Delivery Time

Client and GTS timelines and deliverables are established upon review of the source document.  The guideline below is for general information purposes only.  All timelines are negotiable depending on the size and nature of the document.  If the project is delivered before the due date provided, no additional charges will be billed to the client.

• 3 pages (single space, regular font size 12)  - Within two business days.
• 3-10 pages (single space, regular font size 12) – Three to six business days.
• 10+ pages – To be established between the client and GTS.
• Expedite service includes weekend, holidays and/or reduction of regular delivery time.

Pricing

Most of our projects are priced on a per-target word or hourly basis. Minimum charges may apply for some projects.

Each translation project is different and the total price will be based on a number of considerations:

• Complexity of Text  - Regular text or specialized text such as legal, technical, medical, finance , etc.
• Software to be used -  MS Word or specialized software such as Power Point, Excel, Page Maker or others.
• Editing/Formatting needs - Basic or advanced formatting, layout, editing, graphics, etc.
• Time of delivery – Regular delivery time or expedited service.
• Size of the project.
• Expedited Service -  add 25% of total price quote unless specified on the original quotation.

In order to provide you with a reliable and accurate quote, please provide as much information as possible on your requirements (deadline, source and target languages,  target audience, format of the documents, and  the text to be translated). We will respond to your quote request within 24 hours.
